Reiki Session with Erin
55 minutes - $120
Reiki is a gentle, noninvasive complementary modality that can be used alongside mental health services and conventional medical treatments. While subtle, it is a powerful form of support for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of the system.
Rooted in ancient Japanese healing practices, Reiki works through the transfer of universal life energy - often described as “chi” - through the practitioner’s hands to the client. In many traditions of vibrational medicine, imbalance or “dis-ease” is understood to begin as a disruption in the body’s energetic field before manifesting physically. Reiki aims to ease these energetic blockages, inviting greater flow, balance, and harmony throughout the system.
During a session, the client remains fully clothed while lying comfortably on a massage table. Many people experience warmth, tingling, pulsing, or gentle waves of sensation from the practitioner’s hands. Others notice imagery, colors, patterns, or a sense of deep calm and spaciousness. Each session is unique, meeting the client exactly where their system is ready to go.
Crystals selected to support the client’s energetic needs are placed beneath the table, and Solfeggio tuning forks may be used to help open and harmonize the chakras. The practitioner moves from head to toe with intentional hand placements designed to support the optimal flow of energy.
Common experiences include stress reduction, emotional release, an increased sense of peace, clarity, and relief from minor discomforts. Reiki is ultimately offered as a supportive pathway back to balance and internal coherence.

Intuitive Body Reading & Coaching Session with Erin
55 minutes - $120
Our bodies hold the imprint of our lived experiences. Unexpressed emotions, limiting beliefs, unresolved relational patterns, and even concerns we carry for others tend to reveal themselves through sensation, posture, tension, and subtle energetic patterns. This session provides a grounded, validating space to explore the body’s deeper messages and the stories they reflect.
The work begins with a brief numerology overview, introducing the client’s Life Path/Destiny Number and Yearly Number for contextual insight. From there, Reiki is used to establish an atmosphere of safety and coherence. As the client lies fully clothed on the treatment table, a crystal grid is placed beneath them to support balance and clarity. Through the chakras and, when appropriate, through gentle touch, an energetic connection is made, allowing intuitive impressions to arise from the body’s landscape.
These impressions are shared and explored collaboratively in a coaching dialogue. Sessions often illuminate unprocessed grief, outdated emotional narratives, patterns seeking completion, areas of potential imbalance, or guidance related to healing, alignment, or life direction. The intention is always empowerment: supporting clients in understanding their internal world more clearly and reconnecting with their own wisdom.

Trauma Informed Reiki Training
Usui Reiki Certification
Reiki I Class- 2 Day Training- "Opening the Heart." Includes 5 Reiki initiation attunements to open up energy centers, an overview of the subtle energy bodies, Reiki Ethics, hand placements for self-treatment and treating others, treatment table etiquette and ergonomics, hands-on practice with classmates, and education on polyvagal theory and how to work with common trauma responses that can present in clients while receiving Reiki. One class-specific 2-hour Reiki Circle is included in class cost for extra hands-on practice. (Scheduled at a separate date.)
At class completion, students will receive a certificate of completion and their Reiki lineage mapping back to the original Master, Mikao Usui of Japan.
Class Fee: $400
$100 deposit required at time of registration. Amount will be applied to total class fee.

Reiki II Class- 2 day Training - "Opening The Feet." Students will receive Reiki attunements to open the feet and for integration, learn and practice the first three Reiki symbols in the Usui system, learn and practice distance healing techniques, learn how to work with the symbols for clearing space, learn how to prepare their energy systems before giving treatment and how to cleanse their energy systems after giving treatment, and spend time doing hands-on practice with other classmates.
Class Fee: $450
$125 deposit required at time of registration. Amount will be applied to total class fee.
*Classes are intentionally kept small so that there is plenty of time for one-on-one instruction.

Reiki Master/Teacher Training - 12 Month program- "A Spiritual Initiation." Includes 6 Master Level Initiation Attunements spread out throughout the course of the year. Class will meet once a month for 8 hours. Students will learn and work with the Reiki Master symbols, learn how to do both Healing attunements on clients and Initiation Attunements on their future students for all Reiki Levels. Class will include assigned reading and coursework. Students will have a complete Reiki curriculum in place for their future students at graduation. Students must be able to demonstrate attunements and pass a written exam for Certification.

Reiki Circles
Reiki Circles are a great way for students to practice their Reiki skills and ethics, make connections within the micro-community at Earthworks, and a great way for Practitioners to receive Reiki treatments for themselves. This circle is only open specifically for Usui Reiki Practitioners who have trained at Earthworks Healing Arts, or to all who have been attuned by a select few other Reiki Masters in the Dayton area who are of the same Reiki Lineage.
Requirements: Attendees must have completed Reiki I
