Somatic Therapist & Nervous System Specialist (Non-Clinical)
Somatic Experiencing® – Advanced Post-Year Graduate | Safe & Sound Protocol Provider
Licensed Massage Therapist | Reiki Master Teacher
I am a Somatic Therapist specializing in nervous system regulation, embodied trauma processing, and integrative healing. My work focuses on helping clients learn to listen to their bodies with clarity and compassion so they can access deeper coherence, resilience, and self-trust.
My approach is rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, polyvagal theory, therapeutic touch, and relational attunement. I work with patterns that live beneath language - the sensations, impulses, emotional imprints, and survival responses the body has carried for years. As the nervous system finds more support, the deeper work of unwinding old patterns and integrating new possibilities begins naturally.
My background includes training in Somatic Experiencing®, Craniosacral Therapy, Integrated Somatic Psychology™, Medical Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, vibrational and sound healing, ancestral perspectives, and nature-based practices. I completed the Advanced Year of the Somatic Experiencing® training program and spent ten years working in Chiropractic Orthopedics as a Physical Therapy Assistant, which deepened my understanding of injury patterns, recovery, and body mechanics. I also spent 12 years in private practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I work best with clients who are drawn to a relational, body-based approach to healing. My work is well-suited for deep feelers, intuitives, sensitives, and reflective individuals who feel nourished by presence, attunement, gentleness, and emotional depth. My work is ideal for those seeking inner coherence, nervous-system support, and embodied integration rather than diagnosis or traditional talk therapy.
Please note: My role is non-clinical and rooted in Somatics, Polyvagal Theory (nervous-system awareness), and embodied integration. My work is not a good fit for those who need strongly structured sessions, behavioral strategies, clinical mental-health care, or high levels of predictability.
