Counseling Services with Lucas

55 minutes: $160

Lucas offers a non-traditional, deeply somatic approach to counseling that works “bottom-up,” beginning with the body’s innate intelligence rather than relying solely on cognitive strategies. Sessions focus on identifying, processing, and releasing the neurophysiological roots of emotional and physical pain, trauma, dissociation, and other distressing symptoms.

To support this work, Lucas weaves together several modalities in an attuned and integrated way. Brainspotting is used to access and resolve stored trauma by locating and processing the brain–body connection points where experiences are held. Bilateral sound accompanies the therapeutic process to support nervous system regulation and natural brain synchronization, allowing for deeper integration and ease. He also incorporates Parts Work to explore younger, protective, or burdened aspects of the self so that old narratives and unprocessed emotional wounds can be met, understood, and transformed.

Throughout the process, Lucas maintains a steady, grounded presence, helping clients release outdated survival patterns and create space for new possibilities, healthier narratives, and a restored sense of agency.

*Session is available in office or via Telehealth.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with Lucas

3 hours: $405.00

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a holistic, psychedelic-supported modality that integrates ketamine treatment with intentional psychotherapy. This approach can help safely access deeper layers of the psyche, loosen rigid patterns, and create openings for emotional relief and lasting change.

Earthworks Healing Arts partners with Journey Clinical to offer KAP as an evidence-informed option for individuals seeking support with depression, anxiety, and other treatment-resistant symptoms.

During a KAP process, clients receive: A medically supervised ketamine protocol through Journey Clinical’s clinical team, preparation sessions to clarify intentions, reduce anxiety, and establish a safe foundation, guided experiential sessions with a trained therapist to support insight, emotional processing, and somatic regulation, and integration sessions to translate the experience into meaningful, sustainable shifts in daily life.

For more information or to explore whether KAP may be appropriate for you, please email Info@EarthworksHealingArts.com.

Somatic Therapy with Erin

55 minutes: $120

Unexpressed emotions and unresolved survival energy often settle into the nervous system and body. Over time, the body becomes a living archive - its symptoms, sensations, and patterns acting as gateways into the stories and experiences that shaped us. Every incomplete instinct, every emotion waiting to be felt, communicates through the language of the body.

Somatic Therapy offers a compassionate, structured way to listen to those signals. Sessions focus on helping the nervous system access states of rest and regulation, creating the internal conditions needed for deeper healing. As safety is established, the body naturally begins to unwind the excess, outdated survival responses that contribute to feeling “stuck.”

Clients are guided to explore their sensations, emotions, impulses, and body cues with support and attunement. Together, practitioner and client trace the body’s narratives as they gradually release, integrate, and reorganize.

Sessions may include: Chair work, Touch work (if the client is comfortable receiving touch), Advanced Somatic Experiencing techniques and protocols, and tools for grounding, containment, and regulation.

The ultimate aim is to help the nervous system re-entrain toward a stable, regulated baseline - supporting greater resilience, aliveness, and ease in daily life.

*Session is available in office or via Telehealth.

Safe and Sound Protocol - Polyvagal Theory-Based Therapy with Lucas or Erin

5 hours: $160

The Safe and Sound protocol is a non-invasive adjunctive listening therapy featuring specially filtered music that stimulates the vagus nerve through the inner ear. This resets the nervous system and helps the client return to a calm and grounded state, which encourages a feeling of well-being and positive engagement. When used in conjunction with other therapies, SSP helps to produce a better therapeutic outcome. An individual listening plan is established during intake assessment. Total core program listening time is 5 hours. Completion time may vary according to client's level of needs.

Program may not be suitable for all populations. The Safe and Sound protocol has been proven to be helpful for clients who are experiencing the following challenges: anxiety, inattention and focus, auditory sensitivities and heightened startle reflex, behavioral regulation and resilience, physical coordination and balance, reading and auditory processing, sleep, speech and language, social and emotional difficulties, trauma and PTSD, stressors that impact social engagement, clients with digestive difficulties, and many more.

The price of the Safe and Sound Protocol does not include the cost for the intake. Intake fees are based off of individual clinician's fee schedules. The protocol offers an app that can be listened to at home (in most cases). The protocol must still be used in conjunction with counseling/therapy in our office. Both Lucas and Erin are SSP provider Certified.

Please note: The Safe and Sound Listening Protocol is not intended to be a stand-alone therapy. At Earthworks we use it in conjunction with our therapeutic offerings. A New Client Intake must be scheduled first. Clients must agree to be seen on a regular basis for therapy while they are using the Safe and Sound Protocol.
