“The hardest part of therapy is allowing yourself to be seen. The most beautiful part is discovering that you are worthy of love, healing, and possibility.”
Luke’s work centers on helping clients trust their own internal experience - often for the first time. When people feel safe with what they sense and feel, deeper exploration becomes possible. From that foundation, Luke guides clients in working through trauma, old narratives, and emotional patterns that have kept them stuck or disconnected from themselves.
His clinical approach is rooted in Brainspotting, Parts Work, and Polyvagal-informed Therapy. He specializes in working with:
Veterans
First responders
Therapists and helping professionals
Individuals with PTSD & C-PTSD
Clients navigating attachment wounds
Dissociative systems, including DID
Adults carrying unresolved childhood trauma
Luke brings a clear, steady presence to the therapeutic process. He has a rare ability to track what’s happening beneath the surface and to help clients reorganize trauma held in the body. His goal is not simply symptom reduction - it’s restoring access to vitality, motivation, and a felt sense of possibility.
Through the modalities he uses, clients learn to connect with their internal witness - the part of themselves capable of offering compassion, clarity, and support to even the most painful internal spaces. This work is especially powerful for individuals who feel stuck, numb, unmotivated, or weighed down by emotional residue from earlier life experiences.
Beyond his clinical role, Luke is a veteran, a husband, a father, a teacher, and a deeply community-oriented person. These lived experiences shape his capacity to sit with intensity, complexity, and depth. He believes in the resilience of the human spirit and considers it an honor to help people become more whole than they believed possible.
“I listen because every person deserves to be understood. Healing begins there.”
